Yeah, I mean, as hilarious as the Nuremberg trials go in my head (especially with katt Williams as the judge) there were without doubt some SERIOUS and numerous miscarriages of justice.

Miscarriage of justice doesn't matter when you equate Nazism with evil.  So long as you capture the leaders of Nazi Germany, getting them condemned for crimes against humanity shouldn't be too difficult both in the courtroom and in public media.  And anybody who does think there's a miscarriage of justice that these men didn't deserve = Nazi sympathizer.

If you haven't already, have a look at the Milgram experiments. Wikipedia gives a good enough overview. The results definitely surprised me.

I do find it somewhat ironic that the punishment for "crimes against humanity" is murder. Oops... I mean capital punishment.
